We are so grateful for having strong communities at College Park and Bayside. In preparation for our 8th annual gala on March 7, 2020, we’re leaning on you to help us build our auction offerings.
Popular auction items include:
- restaurant gift cards
- camps for kids during the fall, winter and summer breaks
- gym class memberships
- admission tickets
Here’s how you can help
- Make a list of your favorite restaurants, kid camps, fitness classes and other entertainment offerings and email us at gala@mandarinscholars.org with this list so we can see if we’ve already contacted these businesses.
- Do you have a lot of frequent flier, hotel or other travel rewards you’d be willing to donate?
- Does your company offer a discount? Would you be willing to buy an item using your discount and donate it?
- Are you a realtor, optometrist, pediatrician, dentist or small business owner? Consider donating an item to our auction or become a sponsor by January 10, 2020
- Lastly, if you have a business contact that you think may be interested in becoming a sponsor, kindly forward their contact info to sponsorship@mandarinscholars.org
Gala 2020 ~ SAVE THE DATE!!!
Friends of Mandarin Scholars (FMS) is hosting its 8th Annual Gala “Casino Royale” on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at the Hilton Bayfront in Burlingame, CA. This is our largest fundraiser of the year! It will be a fun-filled evening of lively auction action, dinner, dancing and casino games ~ all to raise money to help support the Mandarin Immersion programs at College Park Elementary School and Bayside Academy Middle School.
