Friends of Mandarin Scholars (FMS) will hold its 7th Annual Gala on Saturday, March 16, 2019, at the Hilton Bayfront Hotel in Burlingame, California. Please help us celebrate the continued growth of San Mateo-Foster City School District’s only public Mandarin Immersion programs.
