The September edition of CELIN Connection includes a program profile of College Park Elementary School in California. CELIN stands for Chinese Early Learning & Immersion Network
When Mandarin Immersion was added to the Talented and Gifted Magnet program, the student population grew significantly. The number of Chinese teachers doubled, a ‘can-do’ attitude was adopted by administrators and teachers, and differentiated instruction became a signature piece of the school.
