How do the Mandarin aides support the Mandarin immersion program at College Park?

The Mandarin aides provide in-school classroom Mandarin assistance to the students, which allows the teachers to work with smaller groups of students for more intensive Mandarin instruction. The Mandarin aides are distributed among the grade levels according to where the school has identified the greatest classroom needs.
