Schedule of Family Fun Activities:
2:00-3:00pm: Hula Hoops, Chinese Jump Rope and Flag Football will be available for use – feel free to bring your own games to share!
3:00-4:00pm: Speed & Agility Challenge led by Adrian Padilla, PE Specialist for Footsteps Childcare & Get Healthy San Mateo County
3:30pm-5pm: Balloon Art with Lien Pham, College Park Parent
Also:
- Get to know other families learning Mandarin at College Park and Bayside STEM, discuss ways to support each others’ efforts, and learn more about FMS!
- Sign up for the SF Chinese New Year Parade on March 7 (limited to 50 students from College Park Elementary & Bayside STEM Academy, as well as 10 adult chaperones)
- Learn more about planning that is underway for a China trip for 5th graders and their families in Summer or Fall 2015, with plans to make this an annual event and possible 8th grade trip in the future as well.
- Foster City Community Services Librarian Wan Fwu will be on hand to share Peninsula Library resources and to promote the Millbrae & Foster City Library’s Mid-Autumn Festival Activities on September 6-7.
